found this on Boing Boing today - pretty cool.
the artist takes iconic films, then puts the least amount of graphics on the poster to convey why the film was so special.

my faves are Star Wars and Clockwork Orange.

Hmmm…. I like the “Donnie Darko” one.
 
Fun idea though.

Not as good as the videogames-as-Penguin-novels stuff, but still fairly cool. The Star Wars and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off ones appeal to me the most, I think.
